“The Hand of God.”

Hannah S. Avaiya Duncan.

God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time” (1 Peter 5:5-6).

“Your right hand, O Lord, glorious in power, your right hand, O Lord, shatters the enemy.” (Exodus 15:6)

“He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,”(Hebrews 1:3)

“But it is because the Lord loves you and is keeping the oath that he swore to your fathers, that the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.” (Deuteronomy 7:8)

“A Psalm of David. The Lord says to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”(Psalms 110:1)

Artistic image of God’s Mighty hand of power.

In Hebrew, the right hand of God is the word “yaman” which means a strong relationship with God; sharing one’s heart with Him and He with them. It is sharing your secrets with Him as He shares His divine revelation with you. The ancients believed your heart was found in the palm of your right hand. So to be held in the right hand of God was to be held close to His heart.

Orphans, Widows, Refugees and True prophets have a special place in God’s Heart ❤️; this means that the hand of God is upon them. If you want to see God’s wrath and judgement upon you in the fastest manner possible, mess with one of the above.

God is the kind of God who keeps a careful eye on the widow, orphan and refugee. He is profoundly concerned for them! He is righteous and protects them for he is “a father of the fatherless, a defender of widows . . . in his holy habitation,” (Psalm 68:5).

Do not touch my chosen people, and do not hurt my prophets.” (Psalms 105:15).

I will share a testimony to confirm and affirm God’s hand upon Orphans, Refugees, Widows and True Prophets;

A while back before my only parent died, they had rented me a hostel for six months in an area near my University…

The landlord of this place practices sorcery and divination, she tortures tenants with magic and words of harassment. This is an occult grandmistress in the area sending misfortune to many by use of sorcery and divination. She mistreats Eritrean and Congolese refugees, over billing them and stealing their money. I witnessed the landlord’s sister stealing 800,000 ugx from my Eritrean neighbour. She picked her money and ran away. This silly woman denied what she did afterwards, despite my neighbour’s request to return the money as it was her son’s balance of tuition. I saw the thief (landlord’s sister) through my glass door upstairs but I remained silent. I din’t accuse or testify against her since grandma forbade me from taking part in scandals. These are poor people that have flown to Uganda in search for refuge as wars in their respective countries seize. This landlord was mean to me aswell. She spread alot of bad gossip about me, would give unfavorable rates on water and electric since I had no personal meter and she knew that I had a room filled electric gadgets, she always tripled the bills for me. This hurt but I paid the money anyway. Meanwhile, at night she would attack me with her demons of sorcery. I had sleepless nights, ghosts moved around my room, others called my name… cockroaches were flying in my room day and night. Fierce lizards appearing in my room in the spirit and natural. Her youngest 25 yr old son wanted to have a sexual relationship with me and I turned him down. I assured him that I don’t sleep with a man who is not my betrothed, It’s fornication! This boy began harassing, hating and doing witchcraft against me just like his mother since i rejected him.

The Spirit of God inspired me to pray strongly and he assured me that he is stronger than the power of sorcery. I fasted and prayed for days… I would receive prophetic symbols of house brooms and sweeping 🧹. Each time I asked God what they meant, he told me that the landlord and her family were swept away in his anger. “They are leaving this place and country.” God had a reward for them. He told me that I had been stationed in this location to evict a powerful sorcerer in the area. The Spirit reminded me of my Apostolic and Prophetic call and that I needed to exercise my Kingdom authority.

I dreamt of God’s hand and index finger pointing towards this Landlord and her Family.

One morning on the 22nd day of August 2023, I was half asleep… I had a dream of the Hand of God in the sky. His hand was in the form of a cloud. This was on my left hand side, meaning this was the right hand of God in the sky.

So, God’s hand pointed to this landlord’s house and family who were seated outside… I heard a voice of wrath and anger from God’s mouth and his Spirit took control of me; I began to decree and declare curses upon this Family in my sleep. The Lord said “10 generations”. I repeated “10 generations” as well. In anger, God cursed them. Then I woke up from my sleep.

On the 28th day of August, the landlord handed me an eviction notice in a formal letter stamped by the authorities. This letter falsely accused me and stated that I must vacate the room as soon as my rent expires. False accusations hurt… God’s servants and children are always falsely accused. I din’t go to lawyers to redeem my name. Instead, I began to cry but God reminded me that I had a home of my own; a mansion… and that staying here was temporary. I think this letter triggered God’s executing hand of justice.

This Landlord’s daughter is in Sweden and it’s her finances that built these rentals and house which the landlord lives in while harassing people. I think the day I got notified of eviction is the same day her daughter was caught in possession of drugs by Swedish authorities. The punishment for severe drug crimes in Sweden is a big fine and three years imprisonment. Since her daughter owned the house and rentals, they had to be sold at a cheap price to redeem her quickly. Landlord didn’t get the money they are worth since her daughter needed to be saved very fast and brought back to Uganda. The long story cut short is that the one getting evicted is Landlord and her family, not me or any tenant. This place has a new owner; a Christian. Landlord and her family are homeless now and every curse the Lord uttered against them is manifesting. Her two sons are jobless. Her grandson was expelled from school for stealing yet he is a candidate for national exams this year. They barely have food to eat in their house… each time I return to my room after shopping bags of groceries, they want to die of anger and envy. This is yet the beginning of their sorrows. God said, “10 generations.” It is important to note that this is a moslem family and they have no fear or reverence for Yeshua Ha-Mashiach in their hearts! All they do is torture and curse people. Since they are Rwandese, they will return to their country. The Spirit of God showed me landlord’s grave. Her days are numbered in this world 🌎 and the ones paying for her mischief and rebellion are her children, grandchildren and descendants… God said “10 generations.”

The Lord’s mighty hand judged this woman and his word succeeded in the matter;

“Do not touch my chosen people, and do not hurt my prophets.” (Psalms 105:15).

This testimony is not to boast or rejoice over other people’s misery but it is given to edify and strengthen many… Children of God must pray and trust in God because he is alive and well.

The word of our Testimony is one of the weapons we overcome Satan with.

God’s hand is acknowledged as the power that cast Pharaoh and his army into the sea;

 “Your right hand, O LORD, has become glorious in power; your right hand, O LORD has dashed the enemy in pieces” (Ex.15:6).

The hand of God has a purpose in moving on behalf of His people;

  “…He brought us out from there that He might bring us in…” (Deut. 6:23).

The mighty hand of the LORD that brought each of us out of spiritual Egypt had a purpose, as well – to bring us into not a Promised Land, but a land of promises in Yeshua, our Redeemer.

In the New Testament, Peter encourages Believers to humble themselves under the mighty hand of God. It’s His way of telling them not to forget where they came from…and how they got to where they were. Don’t forget that it was God who brought you through trouble into triumph. It was God who carried you in the midst of adversity to your shining moment of ultimate success.

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7).

Psalms 77:10: “And this is my sickness, the years of the right hand of the most high.”
